Snetterton Race Circuit offers exhilarating motor and bike racing events, while Wymondham and Diss offer lots of great places where you can eat and shop. The WW2 airfield has a museum and cafe. Visit picturesque Wymondham Abbey, a magnificent Norman church. Shopaholics will delight with the medieval city of Norwich, with two indoor shopping malls, market square, Norman castle, cathedral, museums, theatres, art galleries and plenty of eateries.

For a change of pace, head to Thetford Forest with walks, cycle trails and Go Ape treetop adventures. Wroxham is 28 miles away, where you can charter a boat, kayak or paddle board, or join an organised river tour. Head to Suffolk heritage coastline and enjoy a day at the seaside, or a spot of crabbing at Walberswick. The North Norfolk coast is an hour’s drive to explore many marvellous sandy beaches, the RSPB nature reserves and marshes. Visit seaside towns of Sheringham, Cromer and Southwold, offering traditional family attractions and glorious beaches.
