Can not believe how quiet this place is. As soon as you walk into the courtyard all of the street noise disappears. Clean and as listed. Hard to find a reasonably priced 2 bed 2 bath place in Rome

It was a good location, everything was reachable by walk. Apartment was nice but only problem was it is located on the 3rd flood and for the guest of merulana it’s strictly prohibited to use.
Water was warm during the day if you will take show but by the evening it was okay.
Rest i would say it’s value for money. We really enjoyed our trip. We highly recommend if someone is travelling with their family or friends. It’s good for 4 person.

Pros: Conveniently located to many restaurants, attractions, and train station. His made it very easy for each couple to come and go. Cons:Futon bed in one of the bedrooms, 1 body towel and hand towel per person. No washcloths or kitchen towels. Overall: it worked for what we needed, however if you are going for comfort and amenities this is not the place for you.
