This efficient villa has an open floor plan featuring a fully stocked kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa and dining area with seating for 4. The master bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bath and sliding door access to the deck. The master bathroom has a single vanity and walk in tiled shower. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds, en-suite bath with tub/shower combination and sliding doors with deck access.

You can live your best beach life here at 2917 Atrium Villa. Up to (2) dogs are welcome to stay! Additional fees apply per dog. This unit is located over the air-conditioner fan. The Atrium Villas have plenty of parking underneath as well as an elevator that services the building for your convenience. We hope to see you soon!

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Once you purchase & arrange access through the Seabrook Island Club Amenity Office via the link we provide, your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Included after SIC Amenity access is purchased & set up: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra after Amenity access is purchased & set up : Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

The Lake House facility is Managed exclusively by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA). Lake House Only access can also be set up for this property, if the renter does not want to purchase SIC Amenity Access via the link we provide.
