Our house is situated in a beautiful, sunny location near the town center. In the village center, just one minute away from our house, you’ll find a bakery, supermarket, sports shop with rental services, pizzeria, and other restaurants, as well as a playground.
The Tyrolean Oberland ski and vacation region, with its towns of Ried, Serfaus, Fiss, Ladis, Kaunertal, Fendels, and Nauders, guarantees you an unforgettable winter experience.
The ski bus stops for the Fendels and Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski areas are just a one-minute walk from our house. The ski bus is free and takes you to the valley stations of the ski areas in just a few minutes. (Ried/Fendels valley station: approx. 3 minutes, Fiss/Waldbahn valley station: approx. 13 minutes, Serfaus subway station: approx. 15 minutes).
For the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski region, there is a ski pass sales office in Ried near our house.
For our guests who enjoy ice skating, curling, or simply taking a romantic winter stroll, our Ried swimming lake is just a 10-minute walk away.
