-Also, there might be pest control measures in place that include baits (e.g. ant baits) inside the home. While they are usually placed in areas out of reach for children, please don't leave them unsupervised.

- Regular rate is for 8 guests, additional guests are $25/person/night up to a maximum of 11 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.

- We have dynamic pricing, rates change daily and we don't honor yesterday's pricing.
