Enjoy a wonderful holiday in this modern holiday home with pool and views of the beautiful countryside.

This spacious house is the ideal retreat for a break from everyday life. Floor-to-ceiling windows, a warm wooden look and a fireplace give the interior a timeless and cosy atmosphere. Relax and listen to your favourite podcast on the sofa or get together for a movie night. Prepare delicious meals for you and your loved ones and round off the evening with a glass of wine.

Enjoy the start of the day with a good coffee and a light breakfast on the terrace. Take a dip in the pool or have fun playing water polo with your children. Try your hand at badminton while the little ones play in the garden or swing on the swings. Fire up the barbecue in the evening and enjoy your meal with a view of the dusk.

Experience the impressive waterfalls and historic mills in the picturesque district of Rastoke, also known as the small Plitvice Lakes. Take an unforgettable hike through the nearby Plitvice Lakes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with 16 turquoise-blue lakes and spectacular waterfalls. For the more adventurous, take a kayak tour on the Mrenica River, where you can paddle through crystal-clear water and along idyllic waterfalls.
