Great place for a weekend with friends in the Adirondacks. Outside Hot Tub and wood burning fireplace was just what we wanted.

Very lovely property! We enjoyed every minute of our stay here for Christmas with our family. House was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Owners were very helpful! One small issue with heat, and owner, Michael, was on it and had it fixed in 5 minutes! Wonderfully attentive host. Will definitely be back!

The house itself is a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The kitchen is well-equipped (sharp knives! quality pots and pans!), making it easy to cook meals at home when you're not exploring Bolton Landing's restaurants. The beds are comfortable, with hotel-quality linens that actually stay put – a small detail that makes a big difference. For families or small groups looking for a little getaway that combines privacy with convenience, this place hits all the right notes.

We had a great MLK ski weekend stay at this property. Easy 30 minute drive to Gore Mountain, great proximity to Bolton Landing for dining/groceries, and the outdoor hot tub was the perfect way to relax after our days on the slopes. Very responsive and helpful owners. The property was warm and comfortable, including the use of the wood burning fireplace while we watched NFL playoffs!
