We have been using VRBO for many years and this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. This was a last minute option for our group since our original VRBO reservation with another property was cancelled on us 2 days before we were supposed to check in.As soon as I booked the house, the property manager reached out to me immediately and was very proactive communicating with us. He made sure we were all set with getting into the house and was very good at following up to see if we needed any other additional assistance. He was also very accommodating with a couple requests we had during our stay. A for communication during our stay.As for the home, it was fantastic. We had 9 families using the home for our volleyball team playing in AAU Nationals. There was more than enough space to ensure everyone was comfortable. The amenities in the home were outstanding and the home was very clean. The community is brand new and in a great location adjacent to Seaworld, so it was easy to get back and forth from the convention center everyday. I would highly recommend this property and definitely plan on using again for future visits to Orlando. Thank you for providing such a great experience!
