Very cool place but hard to find

LEGS OF THE COUCH WERE DAMAGED BEFORE WE ARRIVED. SLEEPS 3 NOT 4. HOST GOT ME IN VERY QUICKLY WHEN CODE DID NOT INITIALLY WORK.

Great location and easy check in. Clean and has everything you need.

OK, look, we were dumb not to have booked a place earlier for what was sure to be a busy few days in Bloomington. There just weren't many options left in town. PROS: This rental has an excellent location that allowed us to walk where we needed to go. We were able to park the car in the garage just north for 0.50 per hour. The host was responsive when we were struggling with the keypad. The bed was comfortable.CONS: The rental has lots of maintenance issues. I could list them in some detail-- but, I already feel kinda guilty writing a crappy review. Construction materials stored in the unit. The area is pretty loud with the nearby clubs, traffic and foot traffic. Lack of lighting in the kitchenette area. Dustballs and drywall debris on the floor. ETCTo sum up: If you can get a hotel room, get one instead. If this is a "work in progress", then that should be clear in the listing.
