This house and its amenities were amazing! From the moment we arrived and met with our property manager, Zack, we had an excellent experience. The house was equipped well for our large group of 21. The kids and adults alike loved the pool and we spent a majority of our time between the pool and outdoor living space. This property was built with large groups in mind from the spacious dining and lounge areas to all bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms. The location was great with restaurants, ice cream, coffee shops, bars, beach access, market, etc. all within easy walking distance. One of the best features of booking with Vunique was the worry-free check out process and not having to spend the final day of our family vacation cleaning and doing laundry for the next guests. This property and any other Vunique property will be first on our list when booking in the future.

We were blown away by this wonderful fun house. It truly became our home. EVERYTHING was extremely taken care of. I am very fussy about cleanliness when staying in different places, but the home was spotless. There is not one thing we would change, Mimi was also a great Hostess. She was A to work with. She made us feel very at home and answered all our questions. If I have the privilege to rent it again, we will request her as our hostess. My children and grandchildren were thrilled when they seen the house., It was even better than the pictures!

Amazing stay! We are a family of 15 ranging in age from 8-80. There were so many activities to keep everyone entertained. It felt like our own private hotel! I was not expecting to have a private host. Mimi was extremely accommodating and promptly replied to every request we had throughout our stay. She was incredible! The location was also amazing. We were in walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Wagons, chairs, coolers and towels were supplied for the beach and were high quality! The house had top grade amenities and was beyond our expectations! Would definitely stay here again!

Overall the property was very nice. Has plenty of space for everyone and lots of fun things to keep busy. I think for the price we paid a mid week cleaning should be given, they should have umbrellas for the beach, towels were limited and the beds were no where near the comfort I would expect at this price point. The golf simulators grass to hit off was already destroyed and the the upper fabric wasn’t staying up. So balls we’re shoting all over the place which is scary and also system wasn’t calibrated well at all. Largest few misses that aren’t known going into this 1. You are on a canal so bugs are bad at night. 2. All the outdoor furniture does not work well in the heat. It will burn you if you sit on it during the day. I have similar furniture and mine doesn’t so prob didn’t spend the money on the right stuff but again at this price point, come on. 3. Largest issue is this street is a construction zone. I spent 29k for a week of listening to nail guns and saws starting at 7am. Even on Saturday. Staff was great but overall wouldn’t go back for that price point espically during construction. Feel we got ripped off by not being made aware of that.
