Ideally situated in a quiet residential area, just 500 m from the town centre, it offers a pleasant view of the garden and provides all the comfort necessary for a family or friends' stay.

Outside, a lovely enclosed garden will offer you a verdant setting to enjoy the fine weather in complete tranquillity. The 30 m² terrace, furnished with a table and barbecue, is ideal for outdoor meals or moments of relaxation in the shade of the trees.



Upon entering the house, you will discover a beautiful, bright and warm living space. The lounge, carefully furnished, invites you to relax thanks to its comfortable sofas and television for your cinema evenings. The dining room, open to the living area, offers a lovely space to enjoy your meals. Just next to it, a corner with a small desk is set up allowing you to have a teleworking space.

The open-plan kitchen overlooking the living area, modern and fully equipped, has everything you need to prepare delicious dishes: gas hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle and all the kitchen utensils you may need.

On the sleeping side, two cosy bedrooms with double bed (140x200) await you for restful nights. A spacious bathroom, with bathtub, shower and hairdryer, will allow you to relax after your busy days. A separate toilet completes the sanitary facilities.



For added convenience, the house is equipped with a washing machine, an iron, childcare equipment (travel cot, high chair and pushchair) and two private parking spaces outside the house.
