PRIVATE POOL
Open year-round. Pool heating is available in spring and fall (Apr 1–May 31, Sept 1–Oct 31) for an additional $700 + tax per week. Heating is only effective when temperatures—day and night—are forecasted to be above 60°F. We recommend checking the forecast closer to your stay (but no later than 5 days prior, request after this window will not be accommodated) before adding heat.

PRIVATE SPA
This is an open-air spa, not an enclosed hot tub. Heating is available Apr 1–Oct 31 for an additional $250 + tax per week. Because it is open-air, heating is only allowed when temperatures—day and night—are forecasted to be above 60°F. We recommend checking the forecast closer to your stay (but at least 5 days prior) before adding heat.
