Optional Pool Heat and Spa Heat at $40 per day plus tax - Must be on for the entire stay if you request it. To heat the SPA, the pool heater must be turned on.

Please note that Windsor Hills registration system requires an ePass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.

🚧 Community Notice: Windsor Hills is scheduled for roadway improvements January 5–31, 2027. There may be some temporary road closures, parking changes, or access adjustments in certain areas while construction work is underway. The schedule will vary with weather and contractor progress.

Refund Policy: No payment is required 30 days before check in. Cancellation policy applies within 30 days before arrival.
Pool/Spa heating is $40 per day plus tax and must be for the entire stay. Please order and schedule it when you make the reservation if needed.

No commercial vehicles, RV`s, trailers, ATVs, and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading. Towing not allowed

NO SMOKING or any other smoking-like-activities in the house.
$1000 fine for smoking plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside.
