I am renting out the “Bernauer Ache” vacation apartment, which is approximately 120 square meters and located on the first floor of a two-family house. The apartment has 4 rooms plus a kitchen, a large bathroom, a separate toilet, and a shower; it sleeps 5 people. There are 2 balconies: the large balcony faces south and thus gets sun almost all day long, while on the smaller balcony you can enjoy the evening sun. A parking space is available for your car. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge by the landlord. The final cleaning fee for this large apartment is 100.00 euros.
