The house was very nice, clean, open and newly renovated. The location was close to restaurants and shops but a little hike to the beach (if walking). Bikes and the golf cart made it much easier. The beach access site (during spring break) was very crowded. The other beach access (East Lake) had a tide pool or something right at the stairs so it was not accessible which likely pushed everyone to the other access point making it extra crowded.The rental company was very responsive and easy to work with. The pool was fairly small, but our kids enjoyed it, especially with it being heated. The thing we wished it had was more than one common area to hang out, there was not a separate indoor space for the kids to hang out so it felt like we were always right on top of each other if they were not out swimming or biking.

Very good house, the heating pool was the best part, every day in the morning and after the beach we enjoy in the pool. The house has a very good and complete stock kitchen. The bedrooms and Bathroom was very nice. I would recommend this house without hesitation.
