Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the cabin and outdoor spaces of the house. There are several viewpoints and river hike within a short walk of the cabin.
Other things to note
While we have the fastest internet available, you will find that reliability and speed at the base of the mountain is not the same as you may experience in the city. There is a collection of games and an amazing hot tub to pass the time should the internet be out.

While infrequent, you may encounter our staff as they maintain the hot tub and exterior grounds. Hot tub maintenance is conducted once per week and typically takes less than 15 minutes. While it typically can be used 30 minutes after service is complete, if a water change is necessary, the hot tub will take 4-5 hours to reach the desired temperature. Hot tub use is not recommended for guests with certain medical conditions, guests with skin sensitivities, or children. Please consult with your doctor prior to use if this applies to you.

The detached guest suite—featuring the 5th bedroom, 3rd bathroom, kitchenette, and living room—is included for groups of 8 or more. Smaller groups can add it to their stay for $100.

The Bear Cave game room is staged in our garage. It is not climate controlled; it is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. While we do clean this space, you will most likely find a cobweb and/or dust on the ground if you look hard enough.

Propane for the grill and hammocks are provided Memorial Day through Labor Day.

We do not allow visitors on premise at any time. We provide rate flexibility to provide the best value to groups of all sizes. Please ensure all guests are registered at booking; rates change based on group size. Please register infants as children; they are counted within the max occupancy of our home.

We allow guests to bring up to two dogs that are 2+ years of age at time of stay. Pet fee is per dog ($60). We are not able to host any other animals/pets. A $250 fee is assessed for unregistered dogs.
-Dogs must be 2+ years old at time of reservation to stay.
-Dogs are only allowed on hard surface areas of home (kitchen, family room).
-Dogs may not go into bedrooms or lofts.
-While we'd prefer for dogs not to be on the sofa, we do provide extra blankets and/or sofa covers that can be used if this is not possible for your dog.
-Dogs must be crated if left unattended.
-All excrement must be picked up outside.
-Dog hair should be removed from all surfaces prior to your departure.
-Dogs must be on a leash when in the neighborhood and may not wander onto the neighbor’s property.

While we strive to upkeep our property and ensure all amenities are guest-ready, there's a chance an amenity may be unavailable during your stay and/or item missed by our cleaning team. In such cases, you can choose to check out for a full refund of the unused nights' accommodation fees. If you decide to stay, the full reservation cost will be charged. Partial refunds won't be provided for any reason.
