The owner was very responsive and asked if they could do anything at the beginning and end of the trip. If there was an issue I feel like it would have been handled promptly

Overall, a very comfortable stay in a safe neighbourhood. The house was as advertised with the right set of amenities and supplies. Did not have any issue with checkin or checkout. Note that this is on the 3rd floor so keep that in mind with heavy luggage.
