We had a great time at this cabin. Saw a black bear. The kids loved it. Thanks for having a stocked toy box lol!!

We had an amazing stay. The property is breathtaking. We couldn’t have been anymore satisfied. We will be back

The pictures were very accurate to what the cabin actually looks like. Its very spacious and comfortable. Washer and dryer in basement was handy. Plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels and wash clothes. Kitchen had everything we needed. The counter top ice maker came in handy too.

The property itself was lovely. It was a large home equipped with everything a family could need. The road getting there was narrow with a lot of curves. The kids enjoyed playroom. We would have liked to sit on porch or make a fire in the firepit. The kids would have liked to explore outside. However, within 15 minutes of arriving a bear opened the car door and jumped in. He tore open a box of tea bags but that was of no interest so he left. We made the car alarm go off from inside the cabin! That same evening he returned and tore the car handle off of car. The kids were terrified to go out! Two days later we were sitting in family room watching tv and he came to door and tried to open the door. This really made us scared! Thank goodness all doors were locked. We were nervous our entire stay.The owners were very responsive to our questions and were prompt to respond.The internet worked on and off. We wanted to watch our grandson race in a National BMX race and was unable due to poor internet service. The microwave did not work and owners notified. They were unaware that it was broken. We certainly understood.We were held hostage for a week with the bears so we had more than 2 cans of garbage. We were instructed to take any bags not able to fit in can to Pigeon Forge. This was 22 miles away and in opposite direction of our way home…. guess we should have figured that out before departure!Wefigured that out before
