Black Bear Basin puts you right where you want to be for a North Georgia mountain getaway. Tucked into a peaceful mountain setting yet close to some of the area's best things to do, it's an easy home base for days spent exploring—and an even better place to come back to when you're ready to relax.
Golfers will love being just about a mile from beautiful Old Toccoa Farm, and dinner at The Tavern is close enough to turn an afternoon on the course into a great night out. Not a golfer? No problem. Spend the day chasing waterfalls, hiking mountain trails, browsing the shops and restaurants of Blue Ridge, or simply taking the scenic route with nowhere particular to be.
Back at Black Bear Basin, slow things down and enjoy the reason you came to the mountains in the first place. Comfortable, welcoming and away from the everyday rush, it's the kind of place where mornings start a little slower, evenings last a little longer, and doing absolutely nothing is a perfectly acceptable plan.

Great Cabin, everything very clean and well decorated. Location is perfect, close enough to Blue Ridge but far enough to feel your in the woods. Check in was easy with great instructions. Definitely stay again and tell others.

We stayed here with another couple. The cabin is in a gated community and is very nice. It’s right up the road from the golf course . The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, great amenities, wish main tv would of had cable but overall really great experience.
