Clean and modern appartment

We stayed for two nights. Hot water for the shower didn't work. The host send instructions for a workaround but still didn't work. No one came to fix the problem and the host didn't answer for the requests on second day.

A spacious, clean, and modern apartment.

This particular apartment is designed for four people, but there was little privacy between guests and poor soundproofing.

It's quiet and in a good location. The house looks modern as pictured. Has washing machines and dryers for each apartment. It's very clean.

Would have been a 10 but there's not enough instructions on the use of the aircon and hot water. We couldn't get the aircon to work in one of the apartment so we all had to squish into the second apartment. We weren't able to reach the host due to midnight. It is not possible to sleep in the heat without aircon as there is no ventilation. Recommend to talk to host about how to operate aircon and water system on arrival.
