המיקום מרכזי ומעולה, יחסית שקט בחדר אלא אם אנשים בחדרים הסמוכים יוצאים ונכנסים.
לא היה חושך מוחלט בלילה וזה הקשה להרדם, ובנוסף לא תמיד היה מישהו שזמין בטלפון של הקבלה.

The location is amazing! Literally around the corner from The Spanish Steps/Piazza di Spagna, luxury shopping & boutiques, lots of restaurants & gelato shops. The room was comfortable & air conditioned.
Old water left in coffee machine, cleaning crew did not change the sheets that were visibly soiled (spilled my gelato), left a cleaning rag in the bathroom & did not leave another bath mat towel which I used to clean up the spilled gelato.

You are right in the middle of a nice food and shopping area, central in the city and just a 6 minute walk to the metro. The bed was super comfortable. Our flight was late and Claudia at the front desk was super nice and arranged for us to check in late. Be sure to message her ahead of time if this happens.

El lugar está bien ubicado y es limpio.
Lo lamentable es que nos cobraron 294 Euros al hacer la reserva y cuando hicimos el Check In nos cobraron el valor total (sin restar lo que habíamos pagado al reservar). Al hacer ver la situación, nos dijeron que en 72 horas se reembolsará, luego nos dijeron que en 10 días y finalmente, al momento del Check Out, nos dijeron que antes de 21 días. Llevamos casi 30 días y no han reembolsado nada.
Nos cobraron más de lo convenido y aún no nos reembolsan el dinero cargado a nuestra tarjeta de crédito.

"Situated in the center , with all facilities, near Spanish Steps. I enjoyed everything, especially the coffee machine in the room . Very clean and cosy . Definitely we will be back in December"
