River Stay Apartments

All was good and ok.

Bed mattress was extremely hard and the pillow was extremely soft, not comfortable.

Очень доволен(на) проживанием в этих апартаментах. Комната чистая, уютная и полностью соответствует фотографиям. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха: удобная кровать, оборудованная кухня, быстрый Wi-Fi. Расположение отличное — рядом магазины, кафе и остановки транспорта. Команда очень приветливая и отзывчивая, на все вопросы отвечали оперативно. В квартире тихо, можно хорошо отдохнуть. С удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова и рекомendую всем!

Единственный минус — ранее заселение. Я заранее сообщил(а) хозяевам, что буду в городе уже в 11:00, но меня смогли заселить только в 15:00. В итоге мне пришлось около четырёх часов ждать на улице, что было очень неудобно, особенно после дороги. Было бы хорошо, если бы в таких случаях предлагали хотя бы возможность оставить багаж или немного раньше заселиться.

The apartment itself is really nice, just as described in many of the other reviews.

We had a bad luck and an unpleasant experience because the door code did not work when we arrived. We contacted customer support by phone immediately, but the problem could not be resolved until the evening. Fortunately, the cleaning staff happened to be nearby and let us into the apartment. However, we could not leave the apartment afterward because we were worried we would not be able to get back inside. We were told that the issue was caused by a failure of the company's technical partner. Despite the significant inconvenience this caused, no compensation or goodwill gesture was offered.
