Central to where I needed
Access was good
Price was fair
Although a budget room the most important thing is to have a comfortable bed not luxurious but reasonably comfortable but in this instance it needed a better Mattress as this was paper thin with no support

Loved this place! I would definitely use it again.
It’s a small room but everything you need is provided. Perfect for a solo female traveller. Very safe. On street parking right outside. I could see my car from the window.
Others might need to be aware it involves climbing two flights of stairs.

The room was compact comfy and clean. The host Elaine had left a kettle bottle of water/tea/coffee and some treats in the room. which was thoughtful and added a nice touch. The location was good there was a reliable bus service right across the street from the house which allowed an easy commute to and from work. The area was also pleasant and I enjoyed a peaceful nights sleep.
.I was a bit disappointed that I was unable to cook and had to rely on microwaveable meals. Although there was no shower in the main bathroom Elaine allowed me to use her shower which was ok as she was hardly at the property.
