Hotel Maru

ソウル中心地からは、やや離れているけれど、地下鉄の最寄り駅からは近く、近くにコンビニや飲食店がたくさんあります。スタッフの方もとても親切で優しかったです。部屋もキレイで、水回りもキレイ。とても快適でした。アニメティセットもいただきました。

チェックインが21時からでした でも早くついても荷物は預かってもらえたので、身軽に観光出来ました

The hospitality at Hotel Maru was honestly beyond what we expected. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, patient and caring throughout our entire stay. They were always available and willing to help with everything, even when it took their time and energy. We truly felt that they cared about their guests, not simply as customers, but as people. The room was cleaned every single day, and every day we received three bottles of water, fresh towels, coffee and tea. There was also free Netflix and YouTube, a computer for gaming, and even a very convenient wardrobe where you could place your clothes and have them dried/ironed. These little details made the stay so comfortable. I especially appreciated the air purifier, which was a wonderful addition and made the room feel fresh and comfortable. The room was also very peaceful and had such a comfortable atmosphere. Even after being out all day, coming back to the hotel felt relaxing. The reception was available 24 hours a day, which made everything very easy and reassuring. The location was also excellent — in a pleasant and relatively clean area, only about a 4-minute walk from the subway station. There were laundry facilities, supermarkets and other useful shops nearby, so everything we needed was within easy reach. But more than anything, it was the feeling of the hotel that we loved. It had a peaceful, warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us genuinely enjoy coming back every day.

Honestly, our experience was overwhelmingly positive. These photos are screenshots from a video, as we unfortunately forgot to take proper photos during our stay. Based on our personal experience, the level of hospitality and service felt worthy of a four-star experience.

元々はモーテルなのでしょうが現在は1部屋2人までのホテルとなっています。そのため広いバスタブがあります。Netflixが見放題です。(日本語にしていただきました) 様々な国からの旅行客で賑わっています。朝食はパンとシリアルのみですが食べられます。 スタッフが親切です。

リノベーションされていますが建物は古いです。エレベーターが1基のみなので待ちます。浴室から水の音がします。

I stored my luggage before my stay as I was switching hotels in Seoul and going to another city for a few days before checking in here. The fact that they were willing to keep my bag made my travel so much easier and my faith in this hotel so much higher. My room came with an upgrade and it wasn't the biggest room but it was just right and still comfy. The TV was HUGE! The hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood within walking distance of a 7 eleven and emart, as well as popular chains such as Daiso and Olive Young. The towels are small but they do provide extras on a table outside the rooms, which I assume is available on every floor. The rooms are quiet enough and cozy. I have to give commendations to the staff for excellent customer service. They allowed me to check out a bit later than usual and rather than just directing me to the airport bus stop, one of the lovely gentlemen carried TWO of my suitcases and walked me there himself. I really appreciated it and because of this overall experience, I would definitely stay there again.

After all the positive experiences at this hotel, I have absolutely nothing that I can say I didn't like.
