We had a wonderful stay here! The beds and bedding were very comfortable. I’m usually quite particular about beds and often don’t sleep well when I’m away from home, but I slept really well every night during our stay. The location was very convenient, with everything we wanted to visit within an easy drive. The house was cozy, welcoming, and felt like a home away from home. It was also very well equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to friends or anyone planning a trip to Rotorua. Thank you for having us! 😊

This home met both couples expectations. Location suited us perfectly

Great location in a quiet suburban street but close to all the facilities. Great layout of the home - very clean and well set up

Spacious living areas and bathrooms. All linen, utensils, toiletries provided by the host. Quiet neighbourhood and only a short drive to all cafes, lakes, and supermarkets.

Some minor maintenance issues. There was a foul smell sometimes in the ensuite bathroom.
