Great quiet location near Yoyogi station and Shinjuku

Narrow staircase made it difficult to take large luggage up

Great location, very close to multiple train stations. Lots of space in the bedrooms and it was great to have 2 toilets. We loved the roof as well, which was a nice place to get some fresh air while staying in

The pillows were a bit high which suited some of our guests but would have loved to have a few spare lower profile ones

Petite maison toute en hauteur bien équipée, idéalement située entre la station Yoyogi et Shinjuku, au cœur battant de ville, dans une ruelle calme à l'abri de la circulation. Propre, pratique, de nombreuses chambres, machine à laver avec toutes les instructions. Cabine de douche confortable. Moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres. Terrasse au dernier étage.

Cages d'escalier très étroites (pas fait pour les personnes âgées). La cuisine est sombre, quasiment sans lumière naturelle. Pas de penderie dans la chambre niveau cuisine. Les lits en fer pourrait être avantageusement remplacés par des lits en bois.

We had a wonderful stay at OMOYI HOUSE! Our visit was right after the interior and bedrooms had been renovated, so everything felt incredibly new, fresh, and exceptionally clean. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, yet very convenient, with a mini-mart just a short walk away. Inside the house, all the amenities were fully provided exactly as described. The blankets, pillows, and towels were newly washed, spotless, and well-prepared for our group. Special thanks to the hosts, Seki and Yuki. They provided excellent guidance and were extremely responsive—even when we messaged them late at night. We truly appreciate their outstanding hospitality. If we have the chance to visit Tokyo again, this place will definitely be our very first choice. Highly recommended!

The staircase is a bit small and narrow. While it didn't affect us much, it might be a bit challenging for elderly guests. To maximize comfort, we decided to have our elderly parents sleep in the bedrooms on the 2nd floor instead so they wouldn't have to climb up to the higher floors.
