Jedyny plus to dobra lokalizacja, blisko stacji kolejowej, z której bezproblemowo można dostać się do centrum Londynu
Brak ręczników w pokoju, okna nieszczelne, kiepsko się zamykały, ilość papieru toaletowego pozostawiała wiele do życzenia, czysto również za bardzo nie było. Na zdjęciach pokój wyglądał zupełnie inaczej niż w rzeczywistości otrzymaliśmy, podejrzewam, że dostaliśmy inny pokój niż rezerwowaliśmy.

Very clean. Access to a kitchenette in the room and a shared kitchen (we went for studio option). Bathroom was super nice (pictured not shown on booking.com for the studio, but was very nice) and there was a good radiator as it was cold when we stayed. Shared kitchen with access to a microwave/oven/utensils. Really excellent for the price.
Only one towel for two people and no bathmat. The bed was not amazingly comfortable and the walls were thing, but decent for a short stay. Pans in kitchen need replacing as the teflon was chipping. otherwise it was a super nice place to stay and really great for the price.

Wonderful location, 5-7 minutes from the train station, that has to be my favorite thing about this place. Very responsive staff, helped with any questions I had. The room was small but comfy and nice. Clean bathroom, amazing heating, comfortable bed and loved the TV. Had an overall good stay.
The area wouldn't be the safest, it was fine during my stay though. The kitchen is shared, mentioned in the description of the place, wasn't necessarily a problem but it really depends on your preferences. The walls are quite thin, pretty uncomfortable but it wasn't too bad.
