Azen Lakeside Hotel & Travel

The staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. A special shout-out to Hannah, who was there from start to finish, patiently answered every question we had, and made everything so easy. She even arranged a full-day trip for us, including hotel pick-up and drop-off, which was incredibly convenient. The location at Trúc Bạch Lake is perfect. It’s close enough to the Old Quarter to enjoy everything, but far enough away that you can escape the crowds and enjoy a more peaceful atmosphere. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and our room was very spacious. The bed was super comfortable, and both the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. Everything was exactly what we could have hoped for. Great location, comfortable room, excellent cleanliness, reliable facilities, and genuinely outstanding staff. Highly recommend Azen Lakesize Hotel Hanoi, and especially Hannah, for making our stay so enjoyable! 10/10.

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable

Good hotel, sometimes not easy to find in Hanoi. The reception was very good, you feel like a true guest. We had a family room which gave a lot of space also for suitcases etc. The air conditioning was very good, not directed towards the bed and somehow externally, very comfortable. Beds were very good.

Just two minor things: the shower drain could have been a little less clogged. The toilet flush was always running just a little bit. No breakfast available, but you can order via the grab app directly into the hotel. A bit far from old town, but taxi is cheap and you can take bus for free.

Good hotel overall.

They use pictures of the main building, while I was being transferred to another building with different design that I did not like that much. Would have appreciated to see beforehand where I will stay.
