Niks eigenlijk, alles was top! Als je zelf geen vervoer hebt kan de ligging iets moeilijker zijn.

Fabulous stay! Peter is honestly such a great host, he helped with cribs for my twins and was so communicative. I really appreciate the help! The villa is gorgeous, it has everything you need and is quiet and calm. Would highly recommend!!
Make sure to bring your shoes inside the house. The friendly local dogs love shoes ❤️🤣

Beautiful villa equipped with everything. Very comfortable. Perfect for a family vacation. Peter the host is very nice and helpful and responded immediately to any problem or request. The location is 5 km from the center, so it was perfect for a quiet family vacation, without the city noise
There was a problem with the water in the shower, which were either too hot or too cold, and a problem with the toilet (which apparently is comon in Thailand because of narrow pipes), but Peter the host responded immediately and sent maintenance staff to fix these problems. The distance from the city might be a disadvantage for people without a car or motorcycle (wasn't a problem for us)

House is better than the photos. Spacious, clean, welcoming with wonderful fully equipped kitchen. The owners have thought about everything for a comfortable stay.
The house is 10min drive from the centre. Would stay again there should we visit Pai again.
There is a construction right across the house giving very little privacy. It is a very narrow road making it uncomfortable for parking.
