Stay was pleasant
Reception has to be very elaborate in giving correct information related to prepaid online bookings, like what facilities are covered and what are payable as extra.

The staff, service, hospitality and food made my mother's stay memorable. The staff was helpful and courteous from start to end.
At the end of her trip, on the day of check out the lady at the reception directly asked for a 5 star rating. And on telling her it would be done later, she immediately took my mother's phone, scanned and rated it on trip advisor! That was very unprofessional, desperate and unexpected.
Again, this does not reflect on the staff as much as what training has been given to them.
