Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Het sanitair en de keuken waren goed in orde. De kamers waren comfortabel. De locatie is rustig en de omgeving heel mooi.

De vuilnisbak was niet leeggemaakt toen we aankwamen. Er zat nog was in de wasmachine. 1 bed was niet opgemaakt. Wel positief: ik heb dit onmiddellijk gemeld, Sarah heeft zich uitvoerig geëxcuseerd en stelde voor om zo snel mogelijk iemand te sturen. Voor een accomodatie van die prijs zouden zulke zaken echter niet mogen.

Perfect location for visiting my family in the area. Lovely, well-appointed charming cottage with easy access to attractions nearby.

Kitchen was clean and well equiped

As soon as we opened the door it was obvious the property had not been cleaned, half a toilet roll on the coffee table in lounge, lounge rug was very dirty and stained and unwashed coffee cups and litter in the kitchen. None of the beds had been made up and there was wee in the toilet. On phoning the company they told me to take photos of my complaints as they would have to see them before they would act. I sent pictures and after numerous calls they told me there was nothing they could, it was human error and l should seek other accommodation. I told them l was astounded and that they would not begetting a good review. By this time we had missed the start of the dinner we were supposed to be attending, l started to ring round other local hotels etc but to no avail as we had a little dog with us. The company rang me again to say they had now managed to find a cleaner and could we leave the property until it had been cleaned, it was now 7pm. I had no alternative but to agree to this as we had nowhere else to go.
