Very clean room and bathroom. Super large TV. Front desk staff are very nice but no one speaks english. Face recognition scanning when entering rooms. Washing machine is good, but tumble dryer is not good. Good location - 4 minutes by bicycle from Metro. Hotel above businesses (mainly kitchens and shops) - 2 floors.
Windows are (permanently) closed. Impossible to breathe. Too cold from air-conditioning. Noise during the night and hammering (rooms' restoration/demolition) during the day.

They were all very kind and the facilities look very modern. There is no need for an electricity adaptor, they have European and USB ports. Really appreciated being able to do my laundry for free! Although I booked a room for a single person, I received double breakfast every morning delivered at my door. The staff was also very kind in adapting to my diet restrictions. Loved the little robot that brings food to your room!

Very clean, good WiFi, friendly staff, brilliant location. Only 10-15 min walk to the Metro station.

Good price
Location is far from the bund and nanjing road, no breakfast buffet, no fridge in the room, no phone in the room, tiny rooms and extremely tiny bathroom. Some receptionists are uncooperative.
