You will have air conditioning, a large equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Rental possible by the night in low season for 135 euros for a minimum of 3 nights.
Rental for July/August for a minimum of 7 nights at a rate of 200 euros per night
Supervised beach in summer from 10 am to 6 pm.
All amenities (transport, maritime shuttle to reach the old port or Frioul island, all shops, restaurants....)
Bedroom 1: 1 single bed sleeping.
Bedroom 2: sleeps 2 (1 single bed and a double bed).
Basic necessities at your service (toilet paper, paper towels, salt, pepper, soap, washing-up liquid, household products, rubbish bags, etc.)
Pets allowed under 10kg
The ceiling height of the rooms does not allow you to stand up.
Possibility to rent by the night for a minimum of 3 nights in low season (by phone)
End cleaning is mandatory in the amount of 70 euros for the stay (to be paid on site)
