Villa Bruma is a welcoming two-story apartment that is part of a villa surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps 14 people. From Villa Bruma you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of San Gimignano at a distance. Villa Bruma is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, private terraces, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 6 km (3.7 miles) from Certaldo, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards) and a grocery store at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles).
You will reach Villa Bruma from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Bruma, you will need a car (or you may consider using private drivers). You will be able to park your car free of charge on the premises.
Villa Bruma is tended by the owner, who resides in an apartment with separate entrance on the bottom floor.

On request, the owner can prepare dinner for you, with several menus to choose from, or you can combine different dishes according to your preferences. Cooking classes are also available, where you can learn how to prepare traditional Italian specialties such as tagliatelle, lasagne, ravioli and tiramisu, as well as take part in a pizza-making class using the wood-fired oven.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It is filled with salt water. The area is equipped with two sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from the beginning of April until mid-October.
Patio
The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with two armchairs and with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Garden
The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It is partly shaded by an elegant pergola and by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, two gazebos and an hammock. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table, and you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a lovely view of the surrounding hills.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable, and include three sofas. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The floor is paved with Venetian mosaic. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. There is a big fireplace made of bricks, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate 14 guests. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board.
