Beautiful themed, spacious home. Great location, close to shops and attractions. Clear directions to the property and easy access. Communication was also very clear.

We absolutely had a wonderful time at this home! Everything was well designed with high end furniture and total comfort! The pool and spa were amazing especially at the end of a long day to unwind and relax. The clubhouse in the community was top notch with so many activities to do for both kids and adults! Windsor Cay Resort is a great community with great amenities. The house was awesome. The theatre with full size fridge was a favorite. First night had a problem with the a/c upstairs not cooling and it was addressed quickly by the property management. Wish we had not paid for heating pool or hot tub. It never got hot or even very warm after 3 days. And it was not because the weather outside was cold. We wanted the convenience of the pool and hot tub at the house which is why we paid extra for it to be heated.
