🐞 Mountain Living: As with all mountain homes, occasional encounters with ladybugs or bugs are possible despite monthly pest control. This is common throughout the area.



🐻 Wildlife Safety: Yes, there are bears!

-Always lock house doors and vehicles (especially at night time)

-Never leave food or trash outside

-Use only the bear-proof trash bins



📜 House Rules:

-A rental agreement and a security deposit hold (like a hotel) are required for booking.

-No parking on the street—ample space in the driveway.

-Shampoo, conditioner & body wash in each shower

-Laundry & dishwasher pods (starter pack), dish soap, hand soap
