Private car park, allocated for 1 car. No smoking.. Blue Lobster occupies a great position overlooking Brixham’s outer harbour and fishing port with the sea beyond. Located only 100 yards from the inner harbour, the apartment also enjoys the convenience of being a short walk from all the local amenities, shops and restaurants in Brixham.
The property is a first floor two-bedroom apartment with its own private entrance, fantastic sea views and an open plan kitchen, living and dining area with a door opening out onto a balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal during your stay and the living area is comfortably furnished with seating and a Smart TV with Freeview, the perfect space to relax in with your loved ones after a day’s adventures. Discover the two stylish bedrooms which each offer a peaceful night’s sleep. The first with a kingsize bed and the other with a zip and link kingsize bed which can be split into twin beds if required. The shower room is fitted with a shower cubicle and heated towel rail.

Lovely flat in a beautiful position. Only problem we had was the height of the toilet and bed, as my wife is quite short!

Highly recommended. The view from the apartment means you can relax ....stay in and watch the boats come and go. Or you can go out and try some of the many places to eat.

What a find this is! We have been holidaying in Brixham for many years and we love it there. First time we have stayed at Blue Lobster. We loved it from the moment we arrived. Parking on site is a bonus. The property has been refurbished and is decorated and furnished to such a high standard and the attention to detail is so impressive - even a lobster pen holder on the visitor book. The views from the large windows are outstanding and being able to sit and watch the boats come and go is wonderfully relaxing. It is an easy and short walk to the harbour. We 100% recommend this property, it is a real gem.
