Beautiful, private pier to walk on and also sit while having a glass of wine viewing the sunset or a cup of coffee while viewing the sunrise.
Upon entering the ground floor, garage level, you will find an elevator which will take you to all floors of the home making luggage carrying and grocery supplies a breeze. The main floor area includes the open, airy, and bright family room and kitchen area. It is the perfect spot to gather with families and enjoy a meal together while viewing the Santa Rosa Sound.
There are multiple balconies on the home, these outside areas provide added living space to allow guests to enjoy the absolutely incredible views of the sound and Navarre Beach!

This property is AWESOME! Spacious enough for our large group, very modern, very clean, and easy access to the beach. The balcony and pier were popular with the young adults in our bunch. The place gave us an amazing vacation experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this space to anyone. Our host was very thoughtful, communication responses were almost instant, and they provided easy instructions for checking in/out. Overall grand champion in our book!

We brought the WHOLE fam to Navarre for our son’s graduation and this STUNNING house fit all of us easily! It’s definitely a WOW factor to walk in to the main area and you’re greeted with a wall of windows and a gorgeous water front view. Impeccably clean, high end finishes, thoughtful and extras, super soft bedding that smells AMAZING…yall. This house is perfect. The elevator made it is SO much easier to load in and it made it so much easier for the Grandmas to get around on all the levels. We loved being able to walk out on the private pier and wet a hook whenever we wanted to, and if we didn’t feel the actual beach, our own private beach area was perfect. The kiddos loved the ping pong table and even Grandma got in on it! Michelle was immediately responsive to any and every question. 10/10. We will be coming back every year!! Just a note for large families or for those who choose to cook “at home”. There are ample pots and pans and everything you need, except for a large skillet. Again. We LOVE this place!!
