Three bedrooms, two full baths, laundry room, workout area, media/office areas, fully equipped chef’s kitchen, two fireplaces, covered patio, outdoor fire pit, outdoor dinning table, privacy fence, driveway parking and street parking. Centrally located in University City which is just minutes from the downtown Clayton business /entertainment district, Washington University, Fontbonne University, Downtown St. Louis, Busch Stadium, Energizer Park (MLS), The Foundry Food Hall, Central West End, St. Louis Zoo, Forest Park, the Grove and Dogtown.

It was extremely easy to make arrangements and check in and out with the host, Sean. The house was perfect for our family and dog. The location was also perfect with the things we had planned to see and do in St. Louis. I would highly recommend this house to anyone coming to St. Louis. The entire house was very clean and appealing.

Everything was clean and just as I expected. Perfect size for a family and had great hangout spaces too. We loved the grill and fire place outside!!

This property is absolutely immaculate. It is also perfectly decorated. The remodeling with all upgraded appliances and granite tops was super impressive. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again....the place was simply awesome!!!
