Perfectly located just steps to Rio Del Mar Beach, this 2BR/2BA condo boasts incredible 220- degree ocean views of Monterey Bay. You'll also enjoy access to a heated pool just a short walk away (May-October).
Take in the stunning vistas from the spacious living area and kitchen, which offer a cozy gas fireplace and a convenient wet bar. Or concoct a crisp drink and step outside to the private deck with brand-new furniture.
With one reserved parking space, this condo offers a great home base for exploring everything Santa Cruz has to offer! After a fun-filled day of coastal adventures, warm up by the gas fireplace in the main living area. Or get comfy on the plush couch and three armchairs and watch a movie on the 45-inch TV. You'll find everything you need in the well-equipped kitchen, including a gas range, microwave, and wine fridge. Serve up home-cooked dishes at the four-person dining table with two additional chairs and enjoy your meal with superb ocean views. Offering quiet privacy, the primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and an in-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Beautiful views, nicely equipped with a short walk to the beach. We were looking forward to quiet, peaceful vacation and this property delivered.

You cannot go wrong with this location. We stayed three nights which is the optimal time to obtain true relaxation. We rarely left the condo because the ocean sounds and view were all we really needed. Communication was great.
