** I want to start this by addressing the train first because the reviews made me nervous when I was booking. It was noticeable but not bad at all in my opinion It was me and my daughter neither of us were woken by it at all and they did have ear plugs just Incase ** The place was comfy and perfect for what we needed super quiet neighborhood and my daughter was in love with the wildlife! Constant rabbits, gophers and deer plus short walk to the river and super short drive to so many things! The owner was amazing at communicating and would stay again ANYTIME
