This is a multi-level 1904 property with steeper-than-average stairs. The primary sleeping areas are on the upper levels, with an additional sleeping space in the basement, so the home's layout may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

There are two bathrooms. The second-floor bathroom features a compact clawfoot soaking tub with a handheld sprayer, while the main-floor bathroom contains the home's only traditional shower.
