Address said 1 rue de St. Patrice, but actually is 1 place de St. Patrice, opening on the free city parking lot.

Great location and lovely apartment with 2 good size double bedrooms and kitchen. Lots of shops, restaurants and parking on the doorstep. Ideal location for doing Normandy beaches
We were there in the heat wave with extremely high temperatures. The apartment has no air conditioning nor fans, so it was unbearably hot at night. They could do with shutters to be able to block the sun during the day, particularly lounge area (thin curtains) and kitchen (glass door has no blind). Apart from that there wasn’t anything to dislike and would have scored excellent if it hadn’t been a heatwave! 😎
