The property was very peaceful, staff was friendly. Communciation was clear on Whatsapp before and during my stay. There was an unfortunate fire incident in the area while I was staying, and the staff clearly explained the situation via Whatsapp, which was appreciated.
Since my room was facing the road, there was some noise from the cars and bikes passing by during the night/early morning, which was a bit disturbing.
The shower head in my bathroom was dysfunctional, although the pressure was good.

we loved how clean and tidy it was. The room was so spacious and bed was comfy. The staff were very friendly and catered to our needs
Location was a little far from the centre but was still nice to be away from the crowds

The location and the staff are wonderful, and the complimentary drink was fun and fizzy and the finger food was good, spicy and nice. We were close to many convenience stores and to the Trans Studio park at it also a mall only 5 min by feet
But we were in the penthouse and didn't receive new towels only after 4 days. There was only 1 per person, and it was for the bath; we needed at least 1 extra for hands, and the room door never fully closed. The people who were in the double room had a problem with the water it was always cold
