The room was clean and had everything you needed to cook a simple.meal. It was in a convenient area but also, away from crowded, busy areaes.
It was a good size for double sharing.but a bit tight for a triple share. Lot's of combis as well as restaurants around.
It's a walkup appartnent with narrow staircase so it was a bit challenging with large suitcases.

Świetnie zorganizowane mieszkanko, doskonale zlokalizowane blisko metra i kilku sklepów.
Wygodne łóżka, dobrze przemyślana kuchnia , bardzo funkcjonalna łazienka , w której. Jest prysznic i mała wanna , w razie potrzeby kabina zmienia się w małą suszarnię na ubrania. W łazience jest pralka.Gospodarz zapewnia kosmetyki do mycia plus środki do prania i czyszczenie, płyn do zmywania, gąbki.

* Walking distance to the train station
* Washer and Japanese-style dryer available
* Staff replies quickly to questions and requests
* FamilyMart convenience store is just a 1-minute walk away.
* No daily towel/sheet change, garbage pickup, or cleaning — it is more like an Airbnb than a hotel.
* Only one set of towels is provided, no matter how long you stay. If you have kids, you need to request extra towels separately. It can take a day for the extra towels to arrive.
* Smaller than the photos make it look; it felt a bit tight for two adults and two little kids.
* No elevator, so carrying big luggage up to the 4th floor was not pleasant — unless you think of it as a free workout.

"Zweckmässiges Apartment in Ichigaya in ruhiget Seitenstrasse. Kleine Küchenzeile, Bad und Betten ok. Kleiner Tisch und zwei Stühle. Für Tokio relativ gross."
