The apartment is spacious and well maintained and being located next to a grocery store is a bonus. The kitchen is a nice size and included essentials such as olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. The bedrooms and bathrooms are ample size with the benefit of a walk-in closet for storage. Reserved parking is a definite plus.
It would be helpful if the kitchen had more serving bowls. The addition of a washer and dryer would also be nice, as well as a place for women to do their hair and makeup while looking at a mirror. The bed in the primary bedroom is in need of a good mattress pad as the bed is too firm.

This apartment will make it harder to stay anywhere else for as long as I travel. The location was perfect, the decorations were perfect, the host was very communicative, etc. We had one minor issue while there which was immediately rectified by the host and did not in any way deter from how thoroughly we enjoyed our stay.

Great location with short walk into town. New property, very clean and very large rooms. Plenty of space. Communication was excellent.

Good location, free parking, and great views.
Unpleasant odor in the bathroom, which was addressed in a timely fashion, but it seemed that it wasn’t the first time that the issue occurred. We also had to wait until exactly 4:00 to check in.
