Loved the tree lined streets. Easy access to amenities if you are willing to walk a few to several blocks. Metro was a few long blocks in a nice neighborhood.
The host was gracious and tried to handle things as they came up.
In all fairness we arrived a little earlier than expected. The apartment was not very clean. There was a bit of a hot wave and the air conditioning was not able to keep the apartment cool.

Location and help when requested, despite the language barriers.
The flat had a number of flaws. The toilet mechanism was partly broken and noisy. One of the persianas in the living room was not working. Kitchen lacked some cooking tools and proper cleaning. The AC is mostly a fan and heater but does not reduce the temperature. Metro is a 15 minutes walk and flat avenue is noisy, especially when having the windows open. If visiting during heat bring mosquito repelant.
