RAFAEL KAISER - Signature Apartments City Centre

In the process of construction so much is new. High end furnishings, refrigerator, kitchen and big living room. Very clean and liked having a code to enter for safety. Walking distance to key sites and safe area. You also have access to a small washer and dryer which was very helpful for a long journey.

No tv in the bedroom. We like to fall asleep to the tv and only one in the living room. Looks like they are going to put one in, but nothing. They notified us after we booked the room that the bathroom door to the shower area wasn’t done. Not a big deal since the toilet is separate.

Fantastic flat, everything was really quality, clean, bed was comfortable. The code for entrance changed they quickly send a message and informed us right away. Every detail was really thought 👍

01. Apartment décor was outstanding. All installation were high quality. 02. Overall apartment and the bed room size were spacious. 03. The location was good. Public transport was easily accessible through short walks, and there were plenty of shops around like convenience stores, grocery shops, and food stores. 04. The apartment had all the basic items required for the kitchen areas, the washrooms and the living rooms. 05. The air conditioning was great. 06. Overall cleanliness was good. 07. Ample storage in the apartment. 08. Great shower. 09. Toilets had bidets and the supplies (like shower gels, hand wash and lotions) were by Rituals. 10. No sound despite the ongoing construction in the building. 11. We arrived earlier and the check in was accommmodated accordingly through one phone call.

01. Upper floors of the building and the main entrace were being refurnished. Hence, the building was slightly difficult to find as there was no sign board outside (we are given advance notice for the ongoing construction). 02. Lifts were slow. During the day time, construction workers would be using the lift and we had to wait a bit for an empty lift (since our apartment was on the 2nd floor, we used the stairs).
