Close to public transport, the beautiful park outside, good communication with the host, a fully functional kitchen. Bathroom had stuff you could wash yourself with, kitchen had a good range of cutlery, plates and pretty much all you needed as a couple if you wanted to cook.

Smell of electrical burning in the stairwell of the building, some mold in the bathroom(it was clean, just some places were not so pretty), only 2 towels for 2 people over 3 days. The bed was quite small(140cm) and the pillows were not that good, sleeping was not the best experience. I see people saying they had a comfortable stay but this wasn't our experience. No smoking although there is a balcony, I had to go outside at some pretty sketchy times and saw some pretty sketchy people - this is not that big of a deal since I respect that requirement but I don't see why it's there when there is a balcony.
