Escape to this private mid-century ranch retreat for up to 6 guests! Enjoy a sun-drenched living room with vaulted ceilings and two decorative stone fireplaces. This spacious home features a private fenced backyard with a large deck and BBQ. Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood just blocks from downtown and Kendrick City Park, it offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience for families and friends.
We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. We will not be present during your stay but are readily available via phone or the messaging app should you need anything at all.
Quiet, older neighborhood near walking paths and parks.
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire main level of the home, including the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. You are also welcome to use the laundry room located downstairs in the basement. Please note that two storage rooms in the basement are locked for owner storage and are inaccessible to guests.

A main bathroom with a walk-in shower is shared between the bedrooms.
A second full bathroom with a shower is conveniently located near the back door.
Security: For your safety and the security of the property, the exterior of the home is monitored by security cameras. These cameras are located on the exterior only and do not have views of any interior spaces.
Parking: As noted, there is space for guest parking in the driveway alongside the owner's stored vehicle.

Our host, Ellie, was great. She promptly replied to any questions I had, and her team even decorated the home for Christmas! The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking.

We were two couples very comfortably sharing this house for 9 nights. Morning coffee on the deck swing with bird song, seating area under the trees in the afternoon, excellent local steaks on the grill in the evening. The kitchen is stocked with condiments, lots of dishes and cutlery and a quiet dishwasher. Large dining room table. The house has enough room for us to gather in different places, and room to spread out for separation. With the creek just across the street, we saw rabbits and deer passing through the front yard. Lots of off the street parking. Easy access to downtown one direction, and a different way as was the city park with ice cream stand and Tuesday night band concerts. This was a great house and location.
